It is to be said hiring should be one of an employers number one priorities. But the second priority should be the quality of employee that is to be hired. Today so many business are losing employees faster than they can keep them. Mostly in the restaurant industry. I will say that it is hard to keep employees now a days, but also in the restaurant industry there is not a standard of employee on which to hire. Anyone can be hired. That includes mangers. So if quantity is over quality, the issue of keeping good quality employees will never be fixed.
